At Nüwa Hanfu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your traditional attire; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the Hanfu garments and place them in the original packaging, ensuring all decorative accessories and headwear are securely included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment for integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
