What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that custom-made or tailored Hanfu sets are non-refundable.
How should I care for and wash my Hanfu?
To preserve the delicate embroidery and silk fabrics, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a neutral detergent or professional dry cleaning. Avoid machine drying; instead, hang to dry in a shaded area.
Are the garments authentic or modern interpretations?
We offer both! Our collection includes 'Han Elements' (modern daily wear inspired by traditional cuts) as well as historically accurate reproductions based on specific dynasties like Tang, Song, and Ming.
